Columbus Cook-off: Chef T’s Pub
Chef T will prepare his 16 hour smoked brisket grill cheese topped with ghost pepper mac n cheese with horseradish bbq, caramelized onions, and sautéed mushrooms. Served with a side of our yellow bbq wings never fried. Salt water and sugar brined for 24hrs, dry rubbed and slow roasted then baked with his yellow bbq sauce with cherry porter and bourbon and a side of ghost pepper ranch.
